Cognizant executed integrations from EDMCS to downstream Oracle modules including HCM, SCM and Finance using Oracle Integration Cloud, and coordinated Essbase migrations into cloud planning artifacts to maintain alignment between HR master data and enterprise planning processes.
Governance and delivery practices were led by Cognizant with EPM technical leadership conducting requirements gathering, translating technical specifications, coordinating defect triage, and running testing and knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore teams. The engagement included artifact-driven testing, weekly status and metrics reporting, and formal coordination with Brinker stakeholders and third-party vendors to operationalize Oracle Cloud HCM for HR and related business functions.
