Operational coverage focused on HR and time and attendance processes in the India region, with the solution instrumented at resort sites and integrated into centralized reporting workflows. The scope emphasized resort operations and local HR teams as primary system users and data consumers.
Governance during rollout standardized attendance policies and access rules across sites and established centralized reporting controls. The system has been in use since 2010 and is reported to have delivered centralized reporting and improved attendance accuracy across Club Mahindra locations.
