In 2021 Maire Group implemented TXT Polaris to launch a Supply Chain Finance programme supporting its strategic suppliers in Italy. The programme was announced on May 10, 2021 and uses the TXT Polaris platform to provide supplier financing capabilities across Finance and Supply Chain functions.
The deployment leverages TXT Polaris modules for reverse factoring, confirming, and dynamic discounting, using Global Trade Management capabilities to orchestrate financing workflows and automate discounting operations. Configuration emphasis included supplier enrollment and onboarding workflows, confirmation of receivables, and automated discount calculation to enable reverse factoring and dynamic discounting use cases. The platform was provisioned to cover financing and onboarding processes for more than 5,000 suppliers.
Operational scope focused on corporate finance and procurement teams in Italy with centralized governance for supplier acceptance and funding eligibility, and process controls to manage onboarding and confirmation workflows. The rollout framed TXT Polaris as the operational engine for the Supply Chain Finance programme to strengthen liquidity for strategic suppliers and simplify supplier financing onboarding for the supplier base.
