Day to day operations supported transferred employees, secondments, contract administration, work pass applications and renewals, statutory filings, and ticketing inquiries related to salary, taxes, policies, benefits and claims. Governance focused on documented workflows, updated standard operating procedures and service level agreements, regular audits for payroll data integrity, and the use of payroll checker and validator approval gates to control payroll releases. The stated objective of the Workday HCM implementation was to optimize HR operational and payroll efficiency and to provide a better employee experience across the organization.
