Stratesys Scutum learning4ever was configured to support training and onboarding workflows, course catalog management, curriculum assignment and centralized learning administration consistent with enterprise Learning and Development platforms. The implementation emphasized role based learning pathways, compliance tracking and reporting to coordinate early employee lifecycle activities with Talent Acquisition and HR operations. Administration focused on learner progress monitoring and assigned learning orchestration to support standardized onboarding across employee cohorts.
The learning platform was integrated into the SAP SuccessFactors led HR workflow to link recruiting outcomes to onboarding tasks and assigned learning, streamlining candidate to new hire handoffs. Operational coverage extended across MAPFRE markets with primary business functions impacted including HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. Stratesys served as the system integrator and advisor during configuration and rollout, providing governance support and configuration expertise.

GT Estimate TM was configured to support standardized estimate creation, workshop instructions and maintenance order tracking to unify repair handling across renting fleet processes.
Integration was established between GT Estimate TM and MAPFRE's AMA fleet management application to enable exchange of fleet inventory, contract and vehicle status data linking claims to renting fleet records. Operational coverage was Spain based, encompassing MAPFRE fleet operations and coordination with BBVA Autorenting for routing repair jobs and estimates through shared workflows.
