In 2020 Marafie Group deployed Focus e-RMS as its Hospitality ERP across the company’s hospitality subsidiaries, including properties such as Radisson Blu Oasis in Kuwait. The Focus e-RMS implementation focused on centralizing F&B outlet operations, point of sale transaction capture and inventory control to create a consistent operational platform for restaurants, bars and catering functions within the group.
Implementation scope covered configuration of core Hospitality ERP modules in Focus e-RMS, including POS, outlet-level inventory management, stock requisition and outlet sales reporting, with standard workflows for order-to-service and stock issuance. The deployment was structured to centralize operational configuration and role-based access across the group’s hospitality businesses in Kuwait, with phased venue rollouts and governance around master data for menus and pricing. Focus e-RMS is described here as the group’s Hospitality ERP managing frontline transaction processing, outlet inventory accuracy and consolidated operational reporting for the hospitality business unit.
