Operational coverage extended across the PhilHealth Department, the Medical Records Officer for inpatient census submissions, the accounting office for payment reconciliation, and coordination with PhilHealth Corporation claims contacts for unpaid claims. Integrations implemented are centered on transmitting and uploading claims to PhilHealth via the Bizbox system, while operational handoffs and reporting tie into medical records and accounting workflows. Governance and process controls were implemented through structured training of newly hired PHIC processors, enforcement of PHIC rules and advisories, supervisory monitoring of processor performance and schedules of duty, and formal escalation for patient queries and denied claims.
