In 2019, Maritz Holdings Inc. implemented Oracle Cloud ERP using Oracle Cloud Fusion R13 to standardize core finance and order-to-cash functions at its Fenton, MO site and continuing to date. The project targeted ERP Financial processes across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets and cash management and positioned Oracle Cloud ERP as the central financial transaction engine for the company.
The deployment covered functional modules including OM, INV, Pricing, AR, GL, FA and Cash Management, with explicit testing of order management, inventory and pricing workflows. Oracle Cloud Fusion R13 served as the record of transaction and accounting truth while Quote-to-Cash sequencing was validated end to end through Oracle CPQ driven quoting and Oracle Sales Cloud sales lifecycle orchestration.
Integrations in scope included SFDC, Oracle CPQ and Oracle Sales Cloud, and testing focused on validating end-to-end business flows between order management, pricing engines, inventory, billing and the general ledger. Testing leveraged Oracle Applications Testing Suite OATS components such as Test Manager, functional testing, regression testing and Open Script scripting to manage test artifacts and automate regression coverage.
Governance for the program included formal test plan preparation, test strategy definition, regular team facilitation meetings and centralized defect tracking facilitation, aligned to the role of an Oracle Quote to Cash QA Analyst responsible for OM, INV, Pricing, AR and GL test execution. The implementation narrative centers on Maritz Holdings Inc., Oracle Cloud ERP, ERP Financial and the business functions of finance, sales and order-to-cash.
