Governance was formalized through an embedded stakeholder management governance process, managed portfolio roadmaps, project plans and dependency charts, and routine tracking of progress, reporting, issues, risks and variances. Financial governance responsibilities included managing all financial elements for projects, encompassing budgeting, purchase order control, goods receipting, invoicing and financial closing under the SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial implementation.
