M3 Legacy M3 Labor Management Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Marriott Courtyard Richmond implemented M3 Labor Management. M3 Labor Management is a Time and Attendance application deployed at the property level to centralize employee time capture, scheduling, and labor cost visibility for the hotel operation. The implementation focused on standard Time and Attendance capabilities, including electronic time capture, shift scheduling, labor rules configuration, and payroll export workflows. The system was configured to align scheduling and labor controls with on property P&L responsibilities, enabling managers to enforce labor rules and track labor cost against departmental budgets. The deployment operated alongside other property systems familiar to staff, notably SalesPro, Timesaver, and Inn-Flow, with governance and operational ownership retained by the General Manager. Operational coverage included front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and back office HR processes, and the General Manager used M3 Labor Management as part of routine workforce governance and scheduling oversight.

Inn-Flow Legacy Inn-Flow Accounting Hospitality ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Marriott Courtyard Richmond implemented Inn-Flow Accounting as the property financial system, deploying the application to support core Hospitality ERP functions for the ten-employee hotel. Inn-Flow Accounting was positioned to centralize property-level financial management and reporting, aligning with the hotel’s need for consistent P&L control and departmental expense oversight. The implementation focused on accounting and financial modules typical to the Hospitality ERP category, including general ledger, accounts receivable and payable workflows, inventory control for F&B and banquets, labor cost tracking, and periodic financial reporting and budgeting. Configuration emphasized department-level chart of accounts and reporting templates to support operational revenue tracking and P&L consolidation at the property level. Operationally the system was used by hotel operations, finance, and food and beverage teams to track revenues, labor cost and inventory, and to inform business planning and departmental expense decisions. Staff at the property had documented knowledge of Inn-Flow systems alongside M3, SalesPro, and Timesaver, which indicates operational familiarity with hospitality accounting and revenue workflows. Governance centered on role-based access for the general manager and finance staff, scheduled reconciliations and inventory audits, and integration of accounting outputs into on-property business planning and staffing decisions. During 2015 to 2019 the General Manager recorded outcomes including exceeding top line revenues with 135% flow-through as of December 2018, a 2.87% RevPAR increase, improved STR ranking from 6 to 3 in the competitive set in 2018, and internal staff promotions, reflecting the operational context in which Inn-Flow Accounting was operating.
