RadiusOne AR Suite was configured to operationalize deduction and dispute management and order-to-cash workflows with cloud automation capabilities and embedded machine learning and artificial intelligence for case handling and decision support. The implementation emphasized automated workflow orchestration and rule-driven dispute resolution consistent with AR Automation functional requirements.
The project integrated the HighRadius solution with SAP transactional systems to align master data and order-to-cash processing, supporting Finance, Materials Management and Supply Chain governance processes across the Mount Olive site. Operational coverage included program level coordination with IT and portfolio teams, and handoff to service partners for runbook execution and operational acceptance testing.
Governance and delivery followed Mars ITOM standards and CA PPM portfolio management, using waterfall for program execution and agile practices for software implementation. An interim Service Introduction and Operations Manager role was maintained until service partners were trained, contracted and approved for operational acceptance, and program responsibilities included business process transformation, governance approvals and data and project controls.
