WoodPro ERP was configured to support real-time sales order processing and on-line credit checks, inventory management with multiple units of measure and tallies, production interfacing, billing, and financial reporting modules. The implementation emphasized automated transaction flows and integrated order-to-cash processes, enabling centralized transaction processing and system-side enquiry to replace manual reconciliations and manual tally workflows. Operational scope covered core distribution operations and finance, with governance led by the company controller to standardize tallies, unit-of-measure handling, and on-line enquiry procedures. WoodPro ERP provided integrated transaction traceability and consolidated financial reporting capabilities to align sales, inventory, production, billing, and accounting functions and to deliver the accurate, complete operational view that had been lacking.
