System configuration included data structures for ingredient and finished goods masters, lot genealogy, and quality test result recording, which were implemented to support traceability and food safety workflows. Aptean bcFood ERP was restated in operational documentation to ensure consistent reference during training and governance.
Integrations were implemented with the existing Microsoft stack, using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra for identity and access management, Office 365 and Exchange for transactional communications and document workflows, and SharePoint for controlled document storage. The application was deployed on virtual server infrastructure managed by the internal IT team, and endpoint controls and security posture integrated with the company EDR and MDM tooling to maintain operational security.
