Use of ICRTouch TouchReservation is inferred from the customer adoption of the ICRTouch ecosystem and the integration with Reslynx PMS to manage guest and table bookings and reservation workflows. The ICRTouch environment was integrated with Reslynx PMS to synchronize bookings and hospitality operations between the property management system and POS and table systems, supporting reservations, spa bookings and F and B seating assignments. Operational scope covered hospitality and reservations teams across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with on-site spa and restaurant staff interacting with ByTable and PocketTouch for real time table allocation and order processing. Rollout and technical provisioning were executed by Ace Computer Solutions, using TouchOffice Web for centralized configuration, access control and administration across sites. Governance aligned reservation workflow ownership between central reservations and on site managers, and the architecture relied on the ICRTouch suite to provide consistent configuration, table management and reporting across the multi property estate. |
