Architecturally the solution leverages the Salesforce Force.com Platform for declarative configuration and platform extensibility, with custom business logic layered through Force.com development where required. The engagement also included evaluations of Cohere Command R for McKinsey internal knowledge-management use, positioning the application to support consultative knowledge retrieval and advisor-facing summarization workflows.
Governance and rollout were organized as a collaborative client program with Cohere, focused on piloting and co-developing customized solutions and adoption support, rather than a packaged product rollout.
