Majesco Legacy Majesco L&AH Intelligent Core Suite Claims Insurance Claims Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2013 2014
In 2013, Canadian Association of Blue Cross Plans implemented Majesco L&AH Intelligent Core Suite Claims as its Insurance Claims Management solution to overhaul disability and life claims processing. The deployment leveraged ClaimVantage Claims for L&A technology, now part of Majesco, as the functional core for adjudication, payments and medical management workflows. The implementation followed an incremental 10 month rollout that focused on configuring claims adjudication rules, payment processing flows and medical case management capabilities within ClaimVantage Claims for L&A. Functional modules emphasized automated adjudication and payment orchestration, plus integrated medical management to support decisioning and coordination of claimant medical reviews. Operational coverage targeted claims operations across Canada, concentrating on claims adjudication, payment operations and clinical case management teams. The project organized phased cutovers to operational teams, aligning configuration with existing claims business processes and enabling business users to manage rule changes and adjudication workflows within the Insurance Claims Management platform. The deployment delivered explicit throughput improvements for the client, processing over 200 claims and more than 300 payments per day as reported in the vendor case study. Those outcomes reflect the system level automation in Majesco L&AH Intelligent Core Suite Claims and the ClaimVantage Claims for L&A module driving higher daily adjudication and payment handling capacity.
