Responsibilities included build, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of these functional modules and custom dashboards such as Quality team ACO Dashboard, Provider ACO Dashboard, Custom KPI Dashboard, Provider KPI Dashboard, Care Manager Dashboard, and HP Project team Dashboard. Clinical decision support workstreams were implemented within EPIC EHR to include Best Practice Advisories and after visit summary educational materials, aligned with regulatory and quality reporting constructs. The implementation included configuration and validation for Meaningful Use and Promoting Interoperability, Merit based Incentive Payment System, CMS quality and objective measures, HEDIS measures, electronic clinical quality measures, My Panel Metrics, Key Performance Indicators, ACO reporting and Web Interface CMS submission, ensuring the EHR's analytic and reporting layers supported compliance and quality measurement. Operational governance centered on project management and Data Courier led change control to maintain synchronization between environments and enforce build standards. The team executed user interviews, requirements decomposition, test plans, technical documentation, release notes, and end user training programs while using interfaces to integrate external data into EPIC EHR. Implementation outcomes recorded by the team include meeting Healthy Planet target implementation deadlines 96 percent of the time and documented go live activity consisting of one implementation and two subsequent upgrades.

Developers produced complex extracts and reports using SQL stored procedures, functions, data marts, views, and Crystal templates, covering workflows such as Encounter Statistics, MA and PA productivity, Orders, Medications, MyChart activity, ACO registries, Pulse Metrics, and Meaningful Use measures. Epic Caboodle (ex Cogito Data Warehouse) was populated and reported against Ambulatory, Beacon, and HIM data models, and the team worked with ETL administration on Compass upgrades and troubleshooting ETL jobs to resolve missing data or tables in Clarity. Scheduling and maintenance of Crystal Reports and batch jobs was handled through Business Objects Enterprise using the Central Management Console and Infoview, and BOE SFTP tools were used to stage Meaningful Use report transfers for attestation. The implementation also addressed report requests from other clinical systems including All Scripts and GE IDX alongside Epic. Governance practices included formal data couriering, change control documentation for Reporting Workbench and Epic Crystal templates, and a pilot GoLive sequence that configured, tested, and scheduled critical Clarity reports, Reporting Workbench jobs, data extracts, and Radar Dashboards. The team served as lead developer for Meaningful Use Clarity reporting, configuring MU data extraction and Measures Summary processes, and maintaining scheduled transfers for attestation workflows.
