Operational integration includes customer onboarding via MSC’s website sign up flow at www.msc.com/eBL, with no requirement for customers to invest in additional IT infrastructure or change day to day operational processes. MSC offered the WaveBL service free of charge for exporters, importers and traders throughout 2021 while charging users only for issuing original documents, enabling immediate use by shippers, receivers and other supply chain stakeholders and supporting remote work and border restriction mitigation during COVID 19 disruptions.
