In 2015 Meenakshi Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as its ERP Financial system, engaging B2B Software Technologies for an implementation engagement spanning April 2015 to August 2018. The deployment used Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 as the core application platform and focused on establishing a unified transactional backbone for procurement, sales, inventory and financial accounting.
Implementation scope covered end to end Purchase, Sales, Inventory and Finance, with targeted customizations in accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory modules. Work included development of replacement order functionality, customization of application forms, and delivery of SSRS reports, and the project team executed data migration using existing frameworks and customized import scripts, including CSV based import and export routines to populate master and transactional data into Microsoft Dynamics AX.
The solution architecture integrated Microsoft Dynamics AX with Oracle for upstream or downstream processes, and the engagement delivered both inbound and outbound integration capabilities. Subsequent technical activities recorded in the engagement included add-on upgrade work and platform upgrade tasks, which encompassed creation of an on premises D365 environment, LCS project linkage to VSTS, model store import during code upgrade, and construction of deployable packages for distribution.
Operational governance emphasized migration control, go live support and rapid issue remediation, with the delivery team responsible for resolving upgrade conflicts, over layering issues and India GST patch installation where applicable. Meenakshi Group implemented approval and delivery workflows tied to the Finance, Procurement and Warehouse functions, and the program included hands on Go Live stabilization and iterative fixes driven by the implementation team.

Operational coverage extended across core business functions that depend on collaboration tooling, including project delivery teams, operations, sales, and administrative functions, with Google Workspace features surfaced on the corporate website for contact and corporate communications. The implementation emphasized centralized account management and content organization within Google Drive and shared drives to streamline document collaboration for construction and real estate project teams.
Governance was instituted through Admin console controls for account lifecycle management, group membership governance, and baseline security settings, accompanied by process changes for document sharing and approvals. Rollout and ongoing operations relied on administrative policies and user provisioning procedures to sustain Collaboration practices and maintain control over corporate email and shared content.
