Operational coverage spans properties in Spain and international locations where Meliá operates, with data feeds from individual hotel POS instances aggregated into the central reporting environment. The architecture organized property-level POS capture alongside a central Cegid REVOGENIUS analytics layer to enable cross-property analysis and consolidated reporting. Governance and rollout followed a phased, property-by-property approach with centralized analytics ownership and role-based access controls for regional F&B managers and property operations teams. Deployment work focused on mapping POS item hierarchies, aligning outlet codes across sites, and defining report schedules and extracts to support guest F&B workflows and retail reconciliation.
