The deployment explicitly mapped data flows between the Loan Origination System and core platforms, including Symitar, Meridian link, and Finastra, to maintain data integrity across origination and posting processes. Operational coverage focused on lending department end users, lending managers, and project teams responsible for change control, data reconciliation, and ongoing support of the lending origination stack. Governance emphasized project management and cross functional coordination, with an Application Support Analyst leading project teams to develop business purpose for Loan Origination System endeavors, manage system design projects, and research solutions to improve service levels for LOS end users. Ongoing configuration management, mapping maintenance, and controlled product governance were used to sustain Finastra UltraData Enterprise as the Credit Union Management operational core.
