Invoices were captured electronically from the OB10 e-Invoicing network and routed with no manual intervention, while the solution provided instant visibility to delay points in the invoice approval and processing steps. Integration work focused on a controlled handoff into Memorial Hermann's ERP AP solution, ensuring every electronic approval signature was obtained prior to posting, which eliminated manual data entry of invoices. The implementation therefore linked external e-invoicing ingestion from OB10 with internal ERP accounts payable posting, creating an end-to-end invoice-to-pay orchestration. Governance shifted toward automated approval workflows and exception monitoring, with process controls that enforce signoffs before integration into the ERP AP ledger.
