The engagement positioned NetSol Technologies NFS Ascent as the primary Lease Management application interfacing between market business units, the regional office, and external vendors, with on-site coordination and support responsibilities assigned to the Market IT Business Analyst and COC operations.
The implementation focused on configuring core Lease Management capabilities within NetSol Technologies NFS Ascent, including contract lifecycle management, billing orchestration, asset and portfolio reporting, and extensible API endpoints for downstream integration. Functional workstreams included documenting Requirements Specifications and Functional Specifications, creating and reviewing test scenarios and test cases, and supporting database modelling and reporting configuration to align system outputs with business needs.
Integrations and operational coverage were managed through Ascent API analysis and implementation support, close coordination with the regional IT support team for system patching and deployments, and standardized release planning from the COC.
