In 2011, Meri Meri deployed SAP Business One as its ERP Financial platform and introduced HighJump to support warehouse management. The initiative was sourced and deployed to increase operational efficiencies across the organization, with SAP Business One positioned as the central ERP Financial backbone for finance, inventory and order orchestration.
Configuration work focused on financial management modules, inventory control and warehouse management alignment, sales tools and internal business portals. Implementation included setup of credit card processing automation and email automation tied to order and fulfillment events, and SAP Business One was configured to enforce new ERP process flows across those functional areas.
Integration architecture relied on automated data interfaces between SAP Business One and HighJump to orchestrate eCommerce order fulfillment and warehouse operations. Those automated interfaces supported eCommerce order flow, shipping execution and sales order lifecycle management, and the deployment covered finance, warehouse, sales and customer service processes within the company.
Governance and process restructuring emphasized aligning business processes to the ERP Financial workflows, with operating procedures updated for warehouse management, sales tooling and internal portals. As a result of the integrated SAP Business One and HighJump implementation and the automated interfaces, eCommerce order shipping time was reduced from 1 to 2 days to less than 2 hours from order placement, and business processes were improved to match the new ERP process flows.
