The deployment is aligned to the Real Estate Property Management category and focused on consolidating finance, controlling and property management processes for the carved out entities. The technical scope centered on SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Real Estate (RE) and core FI and CO modules, delivered by a seven person team covering FI, CO and RE. Configuration work included company code separation, master data conversion and RE module configuration to support contract and lease lifecycle capabilities common to Real Estate Property Management implementations. Data migration was executed using the T-Bone SAP Addon Conversion Engine, which handled conversion and transformation of company code financial and RE master data during the carve out. Operational coverage explicitly included Madrid Area, Spain and Vienna, Austria, and the implementation tied property and lease records into corporate finance and controlling ledgers. Governance and rollout were structured around a dedicated project lead coordinating a multicultural, multidisciplinary team, with staged cutover activities across the 26 company codes. Project governance emphasized cross-functional reconciliation between FI, CO and RE teams and coordination of data conversion, cutover sequencing and post go live stabilization.
