Named integrations in operational use included DealerTrack Digital Contracting and Credit Approval systems, the CUDL Portal for credit union financing, and Darwin Portal for lender portal interactions. These integrations established electronic handoffs for digital contracting and credit adjudication, and for transmission of loan applications to external finance partners, preserving the single deal record between CDK Desking and external lending portals. Governance and process changes emphasized compliance and standardized workflows, the finance manager documented procedures for ensuring deals met local, state, and federal guidelines, and the desking workflow incorporated required checklists and contract sign off steps.
