The project was led by an HRIS Specialist who acted as the SuccessFactors lead and project lead, directing module configuration and business process alignment.
Operational coverage focused on HR, talent acquisition, learning and talent management teams within Metcash’s distribution organization in Australia, with governance structured around an internal product owner model. Governance activities emphasized role based access controls, centralized master data stewardship, and workflow ownership by HR and line management to operationalize recruitment, onboarding, learning and performance processes. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central was positioned to support standardized Core HR operations and cross functional HR process orchestration across the organization.
