Functional workflows impacted include energy procurement, supply operations, and sustainability reporting, with the platform feeding portfolio-level visibility used for smarter procurement decisions and timing of PPA commitments. Governance shifted toward data-driven procurement and customer engagement processes, with the platform used to inform when and with whom to sign PPAs and to support behavioral shifts by customers toward consuming energy when greener supply is available. The implementation balanced supply-side portfolio visibility and customer-facing transparency, producing enhanced energy transparency and granular consumption insights for Metlen and Protergia customers as stated by the collaborators.
