| MYOB | Legacy | MYOB Greentree | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Metlifecare implemented MYOB Greentree as its ERP Financial application. The deployment was positioned to support group finance activities across 26 residential sites in New Zealand, with primary coverage of accounts payable, supplier master data, petty cash, GST compliance, and settlement payments for the legal department.
Configuration centered on accounts payable workflows within MYOB Greentree, including expense claim processing, invoice coding and entry, supplier account setup and maintenance, and multi-frequency payment runs executed daily, weekly and on the 20th of the month. The implementation incorporated high-volume statement and credit card reconciliations, ATB level review and resolution processes, and monthly petty cash reconciliation routines to support month-end close activities.
Operational scope extended to the entire finance organization, with AP staff managing a centralized accounts inbox and fielding queries for the whole organisation, daily settlement payments for legal, and coordination between AP and accountants during month end. MYOB Greentree was the transactional ledger and payment engine used by AP specialists to prepare creditor payments in accordance with payment terms across the group.
Governance and process changes included formalization of AP policy and procedures, AP team training and day-to-day support workflows, and structured month-end reconciliation tasks for clearing outstanding transactions and ensuring GST treatment on supplier invoices and credit notes. These controls were embedded in standard operating procedures used by Metlifecare finance and accounting personnel while operating MYOB Greentree.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Metlifecare implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The presence of Microsoft 365 on the Metlifecare website indicates the vendor suite is actively used to support corporate communications and collaboration workflows for the organization.
Microsoft 365 deployment at Metlifecare leverages core Collaboration capabilities including Exchange Online for enterprise email, SharePoint Online for intranet and content management, Microsoft Teams for real time collaboration, OneDrive for Business for file synchronization, and Azure Active Directory for identity and access management. These modules collectively enable document collaboration, content publishing, team messaging, and centralized email and identity controls consistent with the Collaboration category.
