| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Pagegroup implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its enterprise finance platform, positioning the application as the core of a standardized global finance system in the ERP Financial category. The deployment was scoped to provide consistent finance operations across regions, centralizing financial control and standardizing accounting structures under a single global solution blueprint.
Configuration focused on core ERP Financial capabilities typical of Oracle NetSuite ERP, including standardized chart of accounts, consolidated general ledger processes, accounts payable and receivable workflows, intercompany accounting controls, and period close orchestration. The implementation emphasized configurable workflow and role based access to enforce consistent finance process execution and to support localized regulatory and tax requirements within a global template.
Operational ownership sits with a custodian of the global solution blueprint who works directly with global finance process owners to manage change requests, configuration updates, and release adoption. That governance model includes close liaison with key vendors to harness new Oracle NetSuite ERP features and to manage the continual evolution of the system while preserving the global blueprint and operational consistency across sites.
Governance and process controls were structured to centralize decision making on solution changes while enabling local process inputs through finance process owners, supporting controlled rollout of new capabilities. The stated objective is to ensure Oracle NetSuite ERP remains the primary global finance system and that Page Group continues to derive the planned benefits from the platform through managed change and ongoing vendor collaboration.

| Mercer | Legacy | Mercer Darwin Benefits (formerly Thomsons Online Benefits) | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2017 |
In 2016, Pagegroup implemented Mercer Darwin Benefits (formerly Thomsons Online Benefits) as its Benefits Administration platform. The deployment was executed alongside a concurrent HRIS upgrade to ADP iHCM to create synchronized benefits and HR data flows for a company population of approximately 1,500 employees across four overseas offices.
Mercer Darwin Benefits was configured for core Benefits Administration functions such as eligibility management, enrollment workflows, and benefit event handling, aligned to monthly payroll cutoffs. Integration between Mercer Darwin Benefits and ADP iHCM synchronized employee master data and routed enrollment and deduction data into the monthly payroll process. Configuration emphasized rules based eligibility, automated enrollment triggers, and audit trails to support reconciliation and compliance.
Program governance centered on HR team training, stakeholder liaison, and establishing escalation paths so HR could navigate the system and handle operational queries. Legal and compliance awareness activities were run to ensure benefits policy enforcement across the covered offices. The project delivered a successful implementation and integration of Mercer Darwin Benefits with the HRIS and payroll workflows within the scoped organization.

| Aprimo | Legacy | Aprimo DAM | Digital Asset Management | Content Management | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012 Pagegroup implemented Aprimo DAM to centralize digital asset management under its Marketing Productivity and Digital Asset Management strategy. The deployment focused on providing a single repository for creative assets and HTML templates, with explicit ownership for HTML based design and template production assigned to the marketing content team.
The Aprimo DAM implementation included standard DAM capabilities such as metadata-driven asset classification, version control, checked out workflows for approvals, and templated delivery formats for campaign execution. Aprimo DAM was configured to host CRM and EDM templates, ensuring HTML assets were managed alongside supporting imagery and copy, and to enforce template governance for reuse and brand compliance.
Operational integration included a named integration with ExactTarget, using Aprimo DAM to provision HTML CRM and EDM templates into ExactTarget for campaign sends and segmentation workflows. The solution supported marketing and CRM functions, linking creative production and campaign execution by enabling handoffs from asset owners to the ExactTarget sending environment.
Governance and rollout emphasized centralized ownership of HTML design and template lifecycle, with formalized approval steps and template versioning to reduce inconsistencies across email and CRM campaigns. The implementation scope was oriented to marketing operations and CRM teams rather than IT led developer projects, positioning Aprimo DAM as the control plane for HTML templates and digital assets.
