In 2005 Military Credit Services implemented Emphasys Kwik-Loan as a Loan Management solution provided by Emphasys Software to enable a paperless, dealer-centric lending channel. The implementation was driven by a strategic goal to expand the indirect dealer network and standardize user friendly, web-based application workflows for financing active duty military, civil service, and government employees.
The deployment of Emphasys Kwik-Loan included modular components deployed for dealer intake and decisioning, specifically Kwik-Dealer, Kwik-Decision, and Kwik-Sign. Functional capabilities activated included web-based dealer application entry and secure application management, auto decisioning, messaging workflows, and electronic signature capture using Sertifi, enabling end-to-end loan origination and servicing handoffs.
Operationally the solution was integrated into Military Credit Services existing SaaS loan origination and servicing footprint with EnCompass from Compass Technologies, with Kwik-Dealer serving as the indirect dealer portal. The rollout supported hundreds of dealer relationships and processing of thousands of applications per year, impacting dealer sales channels, underwriting intake, and servicing operations through a centralized, web-accessible Loan Management interface.
Governance emphasized standardized portal use by dealers and paperless processes to accelerate application handling and reduce manual document flows. Outcomes reported in the case study include a significant expansion of indirect business volume and dealer-reported sales gains, including a cited owner reporting a 45 percent increase in business after onboarding with Military Credit Services.
