SAP Legacy SAP Concur Expense Expense Management ERP n/a 2009 2009
In 2009 MillerCoors deployed SAP Concur Expense to centralize executive expense reporting and travel administration for its IT and Business Transformation organizations. The deployment used SAP Concur Expense as the company Expense Management platform to manage expense reporting activities executed by administrative staff supporting the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Business Transformation Officer. Operational configuration emphasized executive expense report creation, approval routing, and reconciliation of corporate credit card statements, with administrative personnel responsible for entering, submitting, and reconciling charges on behalf of executives. Travel and itinerary functionality was embedded in routine administrative workflows, supporting air and hotel bookings, meeting space reservations, and the production of detailed itineraries and travel packs for visiting executives. Governance placed administrative ownership over executive submissions and annual budget monitoring, aligning expense submission processes with corporate card reconciliation and expenditure tracking for the current year. The implementation covered executive floor operations and assistance to direct reports, and it institutionalized Expense Management controls into meeting and event organization, travel arrangements, and executive budgeting processes.

UKG Legacy UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) Workforce Management HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, MillerCoors implemented UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) as its Workforce Management platform at a plant level. The deployment targeted a site wide Kronos implementation in the plant to centralize scheduling and timekeeping workflows under UKG Workforce Central, aligning shop floor and HR processes to a single Workforce Management system. Configuration emphasized core Workforce Management capabilities including time and attendance, shift scheduling, time collection and absence management, with application workflows mapped to production shift patterns and payroll handoffs. The rollout included structured classroom and hands on training, with internal training leads responsible for curriculum delivery and user enrollment. Training governance enforced completion targets and a phased enrollment cadence, initially targeting 80 percent participation and ultimately achieving 100 percent of the plant through Kronos training. UKG Workforce Central was positioned to standardize workforce scheduling and timekeeping across HR, payroll and production operations, and to support ongoing system administration and user adoption governance.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2015 2018
In 2015, MillerCoors implemented Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) within its Analytics and BI portfolio. The engagement focused on delivering SQL Server based reporting, OLAP and ETL capabilities through SSRS, SSAS and SSIS components to support application reporting and data movement. The implementation included application level work for a service order repair module developed on the Microsoft .NET framework using the Model View Controller MVC design pattern, with controls bound to view models. User interfaces were built using ASP.NET, C# and VB.Net with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, converting static forms into Ajax overlays and integrating JQuery plugins, while ASP.NET user controls were created to reduce UI complexity. Data and analytics workstreams were implemented using ADO.NET and LINQ for XML to construct the data access layer, alongside T SQL stored procedures and database views for the SQL Server backend. SSIS packages were designed to transfer and load data between servers with scheduled jobs, and SSRS reports were developed using complex formulas to produce parameterized and ad hoc reporting; SSAS was employed for OLAP modeling and cube support where applicable to the reporting architecture. Operational integration covered Microsoft Dynamics CRM touch points and the SQL Server database, aligning CRM workflows with reporting and service order processing. Delivery governance emphasized secure coding and object oriented programming, test plans with unit and regression testing, Visual Source Safe based source control, and traditional build, debug and deployment processes to operationalize the Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) solution for business reporting and service operations.
