Operational scope was local to the single site in the United Kingdom, but impacted core business functions including HR, payroll administration, and store level operations and management. The project created a single source of truth for rosters and time records, enabling managers to review attendance and adjust staffing in line with operational needs and labour control practices. Process changes and governance included centralized rota publication and routine clock in verification tied to payroll preparation. Reported outcomes from the implementation included a reduction in weekly rota administration from approximately 8 hours to about 1.5 hours and a decline in wage bill from roughly 25 percent of turnover to 19 percent of turnover, demonstrating reduced administrative burden and tighter labour cost visibility.
