Operationally the solution was aligned with Minda's TechnologyOne ERP SaaS environment, integrating supplier and general ledger data to preserve financial posting integrity. The rollout focused on the finance and accounts payable teams across Minda in Australia, embedding the application as the primary AP processing layer.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, with centralized approval workflows and workflow orchestration introduced to reduce manual touch points.
