In 2019, Modis implemented Hotjar on its public website. The implementation used Hotjar, classified as Customer Experience, to instrument user behavior on https://www.modisfrance.fr/ and centralize qualitative session data for digital teams.
Deployment consisted of a client side tracking snippet injected into site pages to enable session replays, heatmaps, click maps, and form analysis. Hotjar session recording and heatmap modules were configured to capture user interactions and on page feedback widgets were deployed to collect visitor comments.
