Accenture acted as the integration and delivery lead, with a Business Integration Architect and Project Service Lead coordinating the functional and technical integration work across Finance, Operations and Front office stakeholders.
Workday Financial Management deployment focused on core financial workflows, including general ledger postings and reconciliation configuration, management reporting design, and financial close orchestration consistent with ERP Financial capabilities. The implementation included detailed functional design work to align transaction and position data flows with finance operational requirements.
Integration design covered a comprehensive interface landscape, with end-to-end specifications completed for 32 interfaces and Investment Book of Record functional design artifacts. The program documented source data analysis and data mapping of transactions and positions, and designed downstream data repository feeds for reporting and analytics.
Governance and quality assurance were formalized through business design workshops and a layered testing strategy, with SIT, OAT and UAT design and SIT execution led by the test design team. The delivery team managed both integration layer design resources and a separate test execution cohort, and established a data analytics support team using Tableau to support post go-live reporting requirements.
Project delivery met aggressive timelines for interface specification completion and execution, and the implementation effort delivered resource efficiencies that were reported as substantial cost savings. The Workday Financial Management deployment for Monetary Authority of Singapore established a governed ERP Financial foundation with integrated testing, interface orchestration and analytics support.

| R3 Corda | Legacy | R3 Corda Blockchain Platform | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023 Monetary Authority of Singapore implemented the R3 Corda Blockchain Platform as part of a program to enable regulated tokenization of real world assets. The R3 Corda Blockchain Platform was positioned to support issuance and lifecycle management of tokenized stocks, bonds, and other securities by institutions operating under MAS oversight, aligning with broader industry adoption where Corda secures over $10 billion in tokenized assets and is used by major banks including HSBC, Bank of America, and the Bank of Italy.
The deployment leveraged standard Blockchain Platform capabilities, configured for permissioned ledger operations, token SDK based issuance, smart contract enforcement of asset terms, and role based identity and compliance controls. Functional modules implemented include token issuance and lifecycle management, privacy and permissioning, transaction notarization and consensus, and integration points for on chain compliance and auditability.
A defining element of the implementation is an explicit integration pathway between R3 Corda and the Solana public blockchain, enabled by the R3 and Solana Foundation partnership. This bridge is designed to allow assets issued on the R3 Corda infrastructure to be represented and managed on Solana’s high throughput public network, expanding secondary market access and potential liquidity, while maintaining regulated permissioning on the private Corda layer.
Governance was structured around MAS regulatory oversight, with workflow changes to incorporate on chain compliance checks, KYC and AML enforcement at issuance, and standardized controls for asset servicing and custody. The move reflects stated objectives to increase liquidity, transparency, and accessibility in global markets, and it aligns with R3 commentary that Solana provides efficiency and adoption suitable for regulated digital finance.
