Governance and delivery used agile methods, with Trello for team workflows and Confluence and JIRA for documentation and issue tracking. Data quality investigation, content ownership and datasource stewardship were formalized as part of the operational governance to ensure timely responses to activity and trend reporting issues. Tableau Desktop 10 Qualified Associate certification was achieved in October 2017, and the team documented strengthened SQL skills and experience in aggregates and query best practices as part of the platform rollout and ongoing maintenance of Tableau.
