Governance and operational processes were adjusted to reduce administrative overhead, the IT team managing a single service account rather than individual authorizations, and Enterprise Connect permissions configured to tighten access controls per tenant. The rollout was phased, and scheduling automations were tuned to automate administrative tasks while preserving adviser-led, human interactions for compliance and customer trust. Reported outcomes from the implementation included a 50% reduction in time spent on admin, a twofold faster consultation process, an initial release delivered in three months, over 6,000 appointments booked since the prior June, and a platform Net Promoter Score of 64. The Cronofy Scheduler Recruitment integration scaled without reported operational issues, and the Mortgage Advice Bureau is extending the same scheduling functionality into its Australian launch with local data hosting.
