Operational coverage targeted the HR function and retail store management in Singapore, with hands-on reconciliation activities that liaised with relevant individuals to rectify data inconsistencies prior to migration into MHR iTrent HR. Testing cycles and user profile creation supported controlled cutover and day one access for store managers and HR administrators.
Governance and knowledge transfer were formalized by documenting all HR processes for MHR iTrent HR and producing a how to guide, together with assisting training of iTrent for retail store management.
