The Test Manager led integration testing, SIT, UAT, end to end and cutover testing for Unit4 Business World, and subsequent integration validation was planned for Coupa procure to pay in 2024, ensuring transactional flows for sales posting, supplier invoice orchestration and procurement invoice capture into Unit4 Business World. Governance and rollout followed staged test and cutover processes, with centralized test management, structured SIT then UAT cycles, and cutover planning to synchronize POS and back office interfaces with finance go live. The program established standardized finance process governance and reconciliation disciplines across head office and retail operations, with ongoing test and integration activity extending into Coupa P2P adoption.
