The work functionally led a global implementation of Oracle R12 General Ledger, configured to automate core accounting workflows and enable process redesign around period close and consolidated reporting. Oracle E-Business Suite deployment emphasized Oracle R12 General Ledger capabilities to centralize chart of accounts, automate journal processing, and standardize close orchestration.
As part of the program Motorola consolidated accounts receivable modules into a single global Oracle R12 instance, unifying receivables processing and billing workflows under the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial implementation. Operational scope covered global finance and accounting teams, bringing accounts receivable and general ledger processes into the same Oracle R12 instance to support standardized accounting procedures.
Governance was organized with centralized functional leadership for finance, where process redesign and system automation ownership guided rollout sequencing, standardized workflows, and accounting control alignment. The initiative explicitly focused on streamlining financial processes through system automation and process redesign as part of the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial deployment.

In 2014, Motorola deployed UKG Workforce Central Analytics (ex Kronos Workforce Analytics) as its Workforce Analytics solution for centralized time, attendance and reporting. The deployment targeted UKG Workforce Central Analytics (ex Kronos Workforce Analytics) to instrument time-keeping accuracy and analytical reporting across Motorola’s HR and payroll processes in the United States.
The implementation included detailed configuration of Kronos WFC v8.0 time-keeping components, maintaining pay rules, schedule groups, security profiles, labor levels and accrual profiles. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included Time and Attendance, Attendance management, Accruals, Advance Scheduling and Time Clocks, as well as pay rule and pay code distributions, work rules, breaks and display profiles. The project included an upgrade path workstream from Kronos 6.0 to Kronos 6.3 and development of manufacturing test suites and process profile modifications for deployment.
Integrations were explicitly implemented between the Kronos environment and enterprise HR and payroll systems, including HRMS integrations with PeopleSoft, data exchanges with ADP ETime and ADP Global View, and interfaces to Kronos hardware such as Kronos 4500 clocks. Oracle HCM cloud integration activities and WIM 8.0 interface development were used to load carryover balances into Kronos interface tables, and Red Prairie JDA WMS processes were supported for daily posting of delivery tickets and receivers. Interface development relied on complex calculations and database queries to sustain bidirectional data flows between workforce systems.
Governance and delivery followed full SDLC phases, with requirements gathering for Oracle Advanced benefits, development of test scenarios for pay rules, unit and UAT testing, and production support for day to day operations and pay issues. Technical delivery included writing stored procedures, views and functions in Oracle SQL Developer to feed SSRS reports, validation of ADP ETime imports to ADP Global View, and creation of training materials to support operational handover and ongoing support for Time and Attendance, Absence Management and Accruals modules.

The deployment integrated Nural Assets with the Nural Distribution Management and ISP components to synchronize distributor sales, promoter activity, and stock movement data. Operational coverage was concentrated in Motorola India and impacted distribution, sales operations, retail execution, and field promoter management teams.
Governance changes centered on event driven inventory updates and standardized reconciliation workflows across distributor partners, enabling consistent device travel records. A documented outcome of the program was improved handset travel and inventory tracking using Nural Assets alongside the DMS and ISP solutions.
