Arcus Universe served as the system integrator and led configuration, environment provisioning and rollout activities across the UK and global sites, executing a phased deployment model to bring finance and operational teams onto Acumatica Cloud ERP. The SI role encompassed template configuration, environment setup in the cloud, and coordination with Mous stakeholders for go live across multiple operational units. Governance and process alignment accompanied the deployment, with centralized financial controls, standardized accounting policies, and role based access governance to enforce consistent financial processes across locations. The program emphasized operational convergence of finance and distribution workflows under the Acumatica Cloud ERP platform, supporting ongoing operational management for Mous in its distribution business.
