Comarch Legacy Comarch XL ERP (formerly CDNxl) ERP Financial ERP n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, M&R Printing Equipment implemented Comarch XL ERP formerly CDNxl as its core ERP Financial system supporting finance and manufacturing operations. The deployment targeted the company headquarters and production sites in Poland, aligning system controls with business functions for finance, inventory, procurement, sales order processing, and production planning across approximately 220 employees. Comarch XL ERP was configured to deliver financial accounting, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and warehouse management, sales order processing, and production planning capabilities typical for an ERP Financial application. The IT organization led module configuration and data migration planning, and defined configuration rules and master data structures to enable consistent transactional processing across finance and manufacturing workflows. The implementation integrated Comarch XL ERP with a MES production management system to support order to production workflows, and established information exchange and replication with IT systems in the corporate group in the United States. Underlying infrastructure relied on the company data center and Windows Server based clusters managed by the IT team, with implemented backup and disaster recovery procedures to support replication and operational continuity. Governance and rollout oversight were provided by the in house IT Manager who served as Personal Data Protection Inspector, Information Security Coordinator, and ISO auditor, enabling formal controls for data security, access management, and change governance. The program included cross department collaboration for process alignment, planning of IT investments and assets, and handover procedures for ongoing system administration and support.
