In 2011, MST Global implemented Pronto XI ERP to centralize financial and operational control across the organization. The Pronto XI ERP deployment served as the core ERP Financial platform for MST Global, aligning accounting, procurement and operational recordkeeping with supply chain operations.
Pronto XI ERP was configured to support procurement workflows, inventory control, in-house manufacturing processes, international order management and service centre repair and reverse logistics workflows. The implementation also incorporated export compliance and project administration capabilities, and the system was used to produce monthly KPI reporting on logistics costs, delivery performance and service centre performance.
Operational coverage included MST Global’s Sydney service centre and international order flows spanning North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa, reflecting the company’s global customer and staff interactions. Business functions impacted by the Pronto XI ERP implementation included supply chain and logistics, procurement, manufacturing operations, customer service repair centres and core finance teams.
Governance and operational ownership were formalized through designated system administration and super user roles, which managed configuration and daily operations of Pronto XI ERP. Process changes emphasized coordinated order management, export compliance steps and structured KPI reporting to support ongoing operational oversight.

| Pronto Software | Legacy | Pronto XI Payroll | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2005 | 2005 |
In 2005 MST Global implemented Pronto XI Payroll as part of a broader Pronto ERP footprint supporting its professional services operations across Australia, USA, Canada, Chile, Africa and China. The deployment focused on payroll functions within the Payroll category while operating alongside multiple Pronto functional areas that served six business units and global sites.
The implementation work extended into configuration and redesign of Pronto Service Module, Project Module, AP Module and HR Module functions to align payroll and project costing workflows. MST Global leveraged Pronto Project and Fixed Asset functions to capture R&D project capital cost and amortization expense, and these Pronto modules were configured to support automated payroll inputs and timesheet-driven costing for project accounting.
Integrations were a central element of the program, with Pronto XI Payroll interfacing operationally and data wise with Salesforce for service job scheduling and technician mobility, Replicon and Employee Connect for redesigned timesheet and payroll processing, Promaster for supplier transaction and invoice automation, and Cognos BI and SQL reporting for analytics and alert intelligence. The work included design and delivery of Cognos BI reports, SQL reports and data intelligence that consumed Pronto payroll and project data for cross system reporting.
Program governance combined ERP project management, BI reporting management and business analysis, with roles documented for process mapping, end user training and ongoing Pronto support. Explicit outcomes documented by the implementation included capturing R&D capital cost and amortization which removed three headcount from prior manual processes, an estimated cost avoidance over $200K through the Replicon and payroll redesign, and supplier automation with Promaster that saved one headcount and over $10K in Pronto development cost.

| Corporate Travel Management | Legacy | CTM Travel | Travel Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, MST Global implemented CTM Travel to establish a formal corporate travel program and centralize Travel Management processes across the business. The program rollout was managed from the Sydney head office and covered operations in SEA, WA, SA, NT, New Zealand, Asia, the USA and Canada, aligning travel arrangements and executive booking functions with regional operational needs.
The CTM Travel deployment focused on standard Travel Management capabilities including booking and itinerary management, corporate fare and policy enforcement, and alignment of travel and expense approvals with HRIS related policies. MST Global created and implemented Travel and Expenses policies during the CTM Travel rollout, establishing governance for approvals, expense reporting, and travel booking workflows.
Implementation was coordinated with broader procurement and sales administration centralization, which consolidated sales and supply chain processing to a single Pronto CRM platform operated out of Sydney. The Office Manager and Executive Assistant led the CTM Travel program, coordinating with HR, procurement, and regional stakeholders to sequence policy rollout, manage travel arrangements, and integrate program governance into existing operational and commercial processes.
Governance and process restructuring emphasized centralized policy control and cross functional coordination rather than ad hoc local booking, with the Office Manager operating as the primary program coordinator. CTM Travel became the operational backbone for corporate travel, administered in conjunction with HRIS related policies and consolidated procurement and sales administration workflows.
