In 2025, MyEvent implemented MyEvent to provide Donor and Fundraising Management and to support its fundraising and donor management functions on the company website. The deployment is hosted through the public site at https://www.myevent.com/ and is sized for a 10-person professional services firm operating in Canada. The implementation is focused on web-embedded donation and event registration experience rather than a multi-site enterprise rollout.
Configuration included branded donation forms, event registration and ticketing workflows, donor profile and contact management, and standard fundraising reporting and acknowledgement templates. Integrations are implemented at the website layer, with generic payment gateway connectivity and email delivery for receipts and donor communications.
