In 2019, Narasi.tv implemented Mekari Talenta ESS to transition from paper based HR to paperless operations. The deployment used Mekari Talenta ESS within the Employee Self Service category to introduce employee facing HR workflows and HRIS capabilities for Narasi's media operations in Jakarta.
The implementation concentrated on HR and attendance processes, configuring core HRIS records, time and attendance capture, leave management, approval workflows, and mobile and web ESS access. Employees were enabled to self manage leave and attendance via mobile and web, with Mekari Talenta ESS serving as the front end for HR administration and attendance tracking. Reporting from the HRIS provided operational visibility for HR administration and routine workforce reporting.
Governance and rollout covered HR department adoption and company wide employee use, shifting approvals and recordkeeping to the Mekari Talenta ESS Employee Self Service interface and standardizing attendance workflows. According to the vendor case study Narasi reported approximately 95% elimination of paper and 70 to 90% efficiency gains in HR administration following the implementation. The configuration centralized employee records and automated manual attendance and leave processes through Mekari Talenta ESS.
