Governance and rollout messaging emphasized consolidation into a single system and platform flexibility, with NGL stating plans to migrate existing policies to LifePRO over time. The company framed LifePRO as a foundation to bolster customer service and to provide a flexible platform to support growth and operational objectives, while noting that the acquired Madison National Life blocks were already supported on the LifePRO platform.
