In 2015, Navaxx implemented Profidata XENTIS as the central fund management application. Profidata XENTIS is a Portfolio and Investment Management solution Navaxx deployed to consolidate fund administration, investment management, compliance reporting and fund accounting across its Luxembourg and German fund population.
The implementation configured XENTIS modules for order routing, ex-ante and ex-post investment compliance, matching, settlement and reconciliation via SWIFT, and fund accounting, together with regulatory reporting capabilities addressing CSSF, BCL, Solvency, KESt and AIFMD requirements. The structural modules of Profidata XENTIS were configured to automate business processes and instrument automated process control, reducing reliance on bespoke development by enabling configurable compliance rule sets.
Operational coverage encompassed management of more than 4.6 billion euros across over 120 funds established in Luxembourg and Germany, with Profidata providing ongoing services for monitoring market data, master data processing and maintenance of applicable investment compliance rule sets for UCITS and KAGB. Integrations focused on SWIFT-based settlement and reconciliation and on producing regulatory reports for Luxembourg, German and Austrian authorities.
Governance and workflow changes emphasized configurable module governance to respond quickly to regulatory changes and workflow optimization to preserve high quality customer service while scaling the business model. Navaxx and Profidata positioned Profidata XENTIS to meet the companys functional and technical requirements, with Profidata supporting day to day operations through market data monitoring and compliance rule set maintenance.
