In 2020, NBKC Bank implemented Learn Amp to centralize onboarding, knowledge management, and hybrid learning for its approximately 400 employees. The SaaS rollout went live in 2020 and was scoped to HR and L&D functions, with the objective of consolidating onboarding curricula and institutional knowledge under a single Learning and Development platform.
Learn Amp was configured to support structured onboarding programs, a searchable knowledge repository, blended learning workflows, configurable learning paths, and reporting for learner engagement and completion. The implementation leveraged standard Learning and Development capabilities to enable content management, assessment and reporting, and peer-driven knowledge sharing, with the application hosted as a cloud SaaS service.
Governance was established through a newly created L&D team formed in May 2020 that centralized content ownership, curated curricula, and managed rollout sequencing across the employee population. The NBKC Bank implementation of Learn Amp reported a 92% ROI in year one, reduced onboarding time significantly, and doubled knowledge retention as part of the post-deployment outcomes.
