Governance was established through a newly created L&D team formed in May 2020 that centralized content ownership, curated curricula, and managed rollout sequencing across the employee population. The NBKC Bank implementation of Learn Amp reported a 92% ROI in year one, reduced onboarding time significantly, and doubled knowledge retention as part of the post-deployment outcomes.
