In 2012, Methodist Health System implemented UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) as its primary Time and Attendance platform, executing a health system-wide deployment. The project included an upgrade path from Kronos version 6.1 to 8.1 while moving the timekeeping environment to the Cloud, establishing a centralized time capture and processing architecture for payroll and labor administration.
Implementation scope encompassed the UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper core and the addition of Kronos Scheduler and Absence Management modules to consolidate the many disparate scheduling systems across the health system. Configuration work focused on standardizing scheduling and absence workflows, centralizing shift scheduling capabilities, and aligning time capture and rule sets to enterprise payroll requirements.
Operationally the effort was delivered as an IT-led, cross-functional program with project management responsibilities spanning multiple IT systems and departments, including parallel initiatives such as a Point of Care system for specimen collection and a health system-wide printer consolidation and upgrade program. Rollout governance emphasized coordinated change control and phased migration to the Cloud to minimize operational disruption while unifying scheduling, absence, and timekeeping under the UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper and Scheduler/Absence Management stack.

In 2017, Methodist Health System implemented AddSearch Site Search on its public website, adopting an Application, Web and Enterprise Search capability to index and surface clinical service content, provider information, and patient resources across bestcare.org. The implementation is scoped to the public-facing web estate and targets on-site findability for patients, caregivers, and internal staff who rely on the website for access to service details and provider search.
AddSearch Site Search was configured to perform site crawling and indexing, support relevance tuning and query suggestions, and deliver an embedded search interface and results pages within the website. Functional capabilities implemented included content indexing, search relevance configuration, autocomplete query suggestions, and analytics instrumentation for query volume and result performance tracking.
Operational ownership sits with Methodist Health System web and digital teams, who manage search configuration, content tagging, and crawl schedules through AddSearch administrative dashboards. Governance centered on iterative relevance tuning and content cadence for the site search experience, with the deployment focused on bestcare.org as the primary operational scope.
